Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited announced that its members approved the regularization of Swanith Kapoor as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective June 2, 2026, to June 1, 2031, and the reappointment of Aditya Arora as Whole Time Director for a period of five years, effective September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2031.
