JK Paper Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that its members approved the appointment of M/s. Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. (Firm Registration No. P2025RJ104300) as Secretarial Auditor for a period of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting held on September 02, 2026, until the conclusion of the 70th AGM in 2031.
