SONA BLW Precision Forgings Limited’s committee approved allotment of equity shares to employees

Sonacomstar, now known as SONA BLW Precision Forgings Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 2,37,774 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees who exercised vested options under the Sona Employee Stock Option Plan - 2023, increasing the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 6,23,89,06,500 consisting of 62,38,90,650 equity shares to Rs 6,24,12,84,240 consisting of 62,41,28,424 equity shares.
