Dixon Technologies (India) Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee has allotted 28,455 equity shares of Rs 2 each under the Dixon Technologies (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2023, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 12,22,84,262 to Rs 12,23,41,172.
