N R Agarwal Industries shareholders approved changes enabling industrial land development

N R Agarwal Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that shareholders at the 33rd Annual General Meeting approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association, including renumbering of existing clause 35A to 36 and insertion of a new clause 37 pertaining to the development, construction, and utilization of land and immovable property for industrial purposes.
