Hexaware board approves amendments to stock option and restricted stock unit plans

Hexaware Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved amendments to the Hexaware Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 and the Hexaware Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2026, which will allow for the grant of employee stock options in excess of 1% of the company’s issued share capital and up to 2,000,000 Restricted Stock Units to eligible employees, respectively.
