Sarveshwar Foods Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider a proposal for raising funds through the issue of equity shares, convertible instruments, or other securities via preferential allotment, right issue, QIPs, ADRs, GDRs, FCCBs, or a combination thereof, and to adopt the Sarveshwar Foods Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026.
