Natura Hue-Chem Limited names KCMG & Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term

Natura Hue-Chem Limited announced the appointment of KCMG & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors, succeeding Batra Deepak & Associates, effective September 1, 2026. The appointment, recommended by the company’s Audit Committee, is subject to member approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will initially fill a casual vacancy, followed by a five-year term concluding after the 36th Annual General Meeting.
