Baazar Style Retail Limited appoints Harish Chander Khurana, resolves legal cases with Cupid Limited

Baazar Style Retail Limited has reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and appointed Mr. Harish Chander Khurana as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of five years, effective September 2, 2026. Additionally, the company has designated Mr. Shreyans Surana, currently Managing Director, as Chairman, while Mr. Rohit Kedia will continue as Whole-Time Director. Furthermore, Baazar Style Retail Limited has agreed to withdraw cases filed against Cupid Limited & Ors. before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Alipore Court, as part of an amicable resolution process.
