Blue Pearl Agriventures appoints Jaiswal and Shah as directors, while Kaur resigns

Blue Pearl Agriventures Limited, formerly known as Blue Pearl Texspin Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal as a Non-Executive & Non-independent Director, effective September 1, 2026, and Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective September 1, 2026. The company also announced the resignation of Ms. Renu Kaur from her position as a Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026.
