Vedic Ayurveda Limited, formerly known as KD Leisures Limited, announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to seek a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies in Mumbai to convene and hold the company's 45th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, during a meeting held on September 1, 2026.
