Indian Oil shareholders approved MoA, AoA changes including new Bio-refinery businesses

Indian Oil Corporation Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its shareholders approved amendments to the company’s Memorandum of Association (MoA) and adoption of a new set of Articles of Association (AoA) at the 67th Annual General Meeting held on August 31, 2026, including the insertion of new businesses such as Bio-refinery, Hydrogen & Ammonia, Specialty Chemicals, and Data Centers.
