Donear Industries sets September 18, 2026, as record date for final dividend payment

Donear Industries Limited has fixed September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement of members for payment of a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. The dividend payment, subject to tax deductions, will be made on or after September 26, 2026, if approved at the company's annual general meeting.
