Easy Trip Planners’ board approves AGM, e-voting, and report for fiscal 2025-26

Easy Trip Planners Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors approved the Notice of the 18th Annual General Meeting, appointed a Scrutinizer for remote e-voting, approved the Board’s Report for the financial year 2025-26, and recommended an increase in limits under Section 186 of the Companies Act for shareholder approval, during a meeting held on September 01, 2026.
