Tilak Ventures Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Tanu Girraj Agrawal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Mr. Vikash Kulhriya as an Independent Director for a second term, and appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 years, effective April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2031.
