Jamna Auto Industries Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Owen Springs Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, for £2,000,000, subject to adjustments. The acquisition, which was preceded by a letter dated July 24, 2026, marks Jamna Auto Industries' first international presence in the aftermarket segment and will strengthen its export business, according to a regulatory filing. Owen Springs Limited, which reported revenue of £2,761 thousand for the calendar year ended December 31, 2025, has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Jamna Auto Industries.
