IEC Education Limited announced that its board approved the 32nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and also approved the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The company also announced the resignation of M/s. Preksha Dawet & Associates as Scrutinizer and the appointment of M/s. M S T R & Associates, Company Secretaries as Scrutinizer.
