Blue Pearl Agriventures Limited, formerly Blue Pearl Texspin Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal as a Non-Executive & Non-independent Director, effective September 1, 2026, and Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective September 1, 2026. The company also announced the resignation of Ms. Renu Kaur from her position as a Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026.
