Som Distilleries to consider equity warrants and Annual General Meeting details

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve the issue of convertible equity warrants or shares to promoters, a promoter group, or other investors on a preferential basis, and to fix the date, time, and venue of the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting. The company also plans to appoint a scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting and close the trading window for designated persons from September 1, 2026, until 48 business hours after the board meeting concludes.
