ISL Consulting Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting, Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and decided to convene the meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means; the company also appointed G M C A & CO. as statutory auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval.
