EFC (I) Limited announced that its shareholders approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association through a special resolution passed via postal ballot on August 29, 2026, including the insertion of new sub-clauses related to acquiring and managing real estate assets, planning and executing construction projects, and designing and distributing furniture and building materials, both in India and abroad.
