N G Industries Ltd. has fixed September 19, 2026, as the record date for dividend and reckoning the voting rights of members for remote e-voting and e-voting during the annual general meeting, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. The e-voting period will commence on September 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and end on September 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
