Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited appointed Ms. Harsha Pugalia as Secretarial Auditor for five years commencing Financial Year 2026-27, and A T R S & CO. as Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2026-27, at a board meeting held on August 31, 2026, the company said. The board also approved convening the 21st Annual General Meeting of shareholders on September 30, 2026, through video conference or other audio-visual means.
