Hemlata Jain’s term as Woman Director at Chandra Prabhu International concludes August 31, 2026

Chandra Prabhu International Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Hemlata Jain will cease to be a Woman Director of the company with effect from August 31, 2026, due to the end of her term as a Rotational Director, as previously stated in the notice convening the company’s 41st AGM.
