ISL Consulting Limited appointed G M C A & CO. as auditor for five years

ISL Consulting Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting and appointed G M C A & CO., Chartered Accountants, with FRN 109850W, as the company's statutory auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The 34th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a book closure from September 24, 2026, to September 29, 2026, and Anisha Jhunjhunwala, Practicing Company Secretary, will serve as the scrutinizer.
