BEML Limited announced Shivakumar HG’s departure following his superannuation on August 31, 2026

BEML Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and The BSE Limited that Shivakumar HG, ED (Offg.) - FPIIC, has ceased to hold the position consequent to his superannuation, effective from the closing hours of August 31, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Para A (7) of Part A to Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
