Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited announced the appointment of Taral Shah as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting, and the re-appointment of M/s. Batliboi & Purohit as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive financial years from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, also pending shareholder approval. The company’s board also approved the Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice for the 35th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026, with September 18, 2026, set as the record date for dividend eligibility and voting.
