Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Rajul Chordia, liable to retire by rotation, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Rajul Chordia as a Whole-time Director for a further five-year period from September 27, 2026, to September 26, 2031. The company also appointed Mr. Jash Amit Adani as an Independent Director for a five-year term commencing May 28, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 31, 2026.
