Krishna Capital’s board approved the 2025-2026 report and re-appointed Vinod Agrawal

Krishna Capital & Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the Board of Directors Report for the financial year 2025-2026, convened the 32nd Annual General Meeting, appointed Mr. Bipin L. Makawana as Scrutinizer, and re-appointed Director Mr. Vinod Agrawal, who retires by rotation, at a meeting held on August 31, 2026.
