Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited appoints Rahul Pramod & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited, formerly known as Pooja Entertainment and Films Limited, announced the appointment of M/s Rahul Pramod & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy, effective August 30, 2026, pending approval at the company's 39th Annual General Meeting. The board also recommended M/s Rahul Pramod & Co. for a first term of five consecutive years, commencing after the 39th Annual General Meeting and concluding at the 44th Annual General Meeting, subject to member approval.
