Consecutive Commodities Limited’s board proposes Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates as auditor for five years

Consecutive Commodities Limited, formerly known as Consecutive Investments & Trading Company Limited, announced that its board has recommended the appointment of M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 008174C), as the company's statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy and for a further five-year term from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting. The 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, at 02:00 P.M. via video conference or other audio-visual means.
