Consecutive Commodities Limited, formerly known as Consecutive Investments & Trading Company Limited, announced that its board has recommended the appointment of M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 008174C), as the company's statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy and for a further five-year term from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment to fill the vacancy, arising from the resignation of M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co., Chartered Accountants, is effective August 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting, while the longer-term appointment will extend until the conclusion of the 49th AGM in 2031. The company will hold its 44th Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means.
