Growington Ventures India Limited announced that its board of directors approved a transfer of USD 152,183 as an investment for the allotment of 560 shares at 1000 AED to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elementures Foodstuff Trading LLC, during a meeting held on August 29, 2026, and authorized Directors Vikram Bajaj and Mukesh Patwa to complete the related formalities.
