Quadrant Televentures' creditors approved a shorter notice period during CIRP proceedings

Quadrant Televentures Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced that the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") approved an agenda for a shorter notice period with 100% voting approval at its 15th meeting concluded August 27, 2026, following an e-voting process in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (CIRP) Regulations.
