Apollo Micro Systems receives CARE ratings of A- and A2+ for bank facilities totaling Rs 1,880 crores

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd announced a revision in credit ratings as per Regulation 30 read with Part A of schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, stating that CAREedge Ratings Limited (“CARE”), a credit rating agency registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, has assigned a CARE A- (RWD) rating to the Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 1,530.00 crores, and a CARE A2+ (RWD) rating to the Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 350.00 crores; these ratings are presented as per a letter received by the company from CARE on August 26, 2026, and are to be taken into record.
