SHRI NIWAS LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED informed the BSE Limited on August 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors has recommended the ratification of the appointment of M/s B. Kaushik & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
