Mastek Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares to employees under ESOP plans

Mastek Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 3,969 equity shares of Rs 5 face value each to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP), increasing the company's paid-up share capital to 3,10,06,376 equity shares aggregating to Rs 15,50,31,880.
