GHV Infra Projects receives Rs 50 crore from JHV Commercials for warrant conversion

GHV Infra Projects Limited announced the allotment of 83,33,335 equity shares with a face value of Rs 0.05 each, following the conversion of 16,66,667 warrants. The company received Rs 50,00,00,100 from JHV Commercials LLP, a promoter, as part of the conversion process, with 8,33,333 warrants remaining pending for conversion. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 40,20,41,675, comprising 8,04,08,335 equity shares.
