M A A K & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 135024W), as the company's statutory auditors for five years from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the 44th Annual General Meeting. The company will hold its 44th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
