HDFC Life Insurance allotted equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes

HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited announced that its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee has allotted 1,14,000 equity shares to eligible option holders under the company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes on August 26, 2026, increasing the paid-up equity share capital to Rs 21,72,58,89,810, comprising 2,17,25,88,981 equity shares.
