Shree Ram Twistex Limited announced the outcome of a board meeting held on August 26, 2026, where directors approved the draft of the Notice of the 13th Annual General Meeting for the year ending March 31, 2026, and the draft of the Director’s Report, while also appointing Ms. Sonu Jain, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for the meeting. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026, and will be conducted via Video Conferencing ('VC') facility / Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM').
