Godrej Properties' credit ratings affirmed by India Ratings, CP limit boosted to Rs. 4,000 crore

Godrej Properties Ltd. announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has affirmed and assigned credit ratings for its outstanding instruments, specifically affirming IND A1+ for Commercial Paper with an enhanced amount of Rs. 4,000 crore (previously Rs. 3,500 crore) and affirming IND AA+ (Stable) for Non–Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 4,500 crore; no other rating agencies were involved, and there were no assignments, withdrawals, or enhancements related to any other instruments.
