Ducon Infratechnologies Limited corrected a typographical error in its previous announcement regarding a rights issue, stating that 24,99,42,759 rights equity shares will be issued, up from the previously stated 24,99,42,758, with a corresponding aggregate issue size of Rs 24,99,42,759. The company will offer 24,99,42,759 equity shares at a price of Re. 1.00 per share, with a rights entitlement ratio of 10 rights equity shares for every 13 fully paid-up equity shares held as of Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
