Force Motors Limited will hold its 67th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, according to a regulatory filing. The company has set Wednesday, September 9, 2026, as the record date and cut-off date for determining member eligibility for dividend and e-voting, respectively, and will close its register of members from Thursday, September 10, 2026, to Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Dividend payments, if approved at the AGM, will be made within 30 days thereafter.
