Shree Hari Chemicals seeks shareholder approval to expand into equipment and infrastructure

Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved an alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association, adding sub-clauses related to dealing in cranes, lifting equipment, and material handling equipment, as well as investment in securities and infrastructure projects, subject to shareholder approval.
