Shareholders can vote electronically via NSDL, CDSL portals, or INSTAVOTE platform

Shareholders have multiple options for electronic voting, as detailed in the company’s annual report. Individual shareholders with Demat accounts can vote through the NSDL portal, contacting the helpdesk at evoting@nsdl.co.in or 022 - 4886 7000, or the CDSL portal, reaching the helpdesk at helpdesk.evoting@cdslindia.com or 1800 22 55 33. Shareholders holding physical shares or those with Demat accounts utilizing INSTAVOTE can access the platform at instavote.linkintime.co.in, while corporate shareholders have the option to enter votes directly or upload a prepared file, requiring a scanned copy of a Board resolution or Power of Attorney.
