Patel Integrated Logistics Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its book closure will be from September 18, 2026, to September 24, 2026, for the financial year 2025-26, with a cut-off date of September 17, 2026, to determine eligibility for remote e-voting and entitlement to the final dividend, if declared at the 64th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 24, 2026.
