Shri Niwas Leasing and Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to consider and approve the reclassification of its authorized share capital by creating preference share capital and the issuance of 46,60,00,000 unlisted 1% Non-Convertible Preference Shares (NCPS) on a preferential basis, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
