Zensar Technologies allotted shares to employees following stock option exercises

Zensar Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 25,691 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 2 each to employees against the exercise of employee stock options on August 24, 2026, increasing the company’s issued and subscribed share capital to Rs. 455,161,426 divided into 227,580,713 equity shares.
