Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has allotted 27,950 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under its Employee Stock Option Plan, 2022, to eligible employees, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on August 24, 2026. The allotment, which followed the exercise of vested options, increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs. 13,18,58,940 (6,59,29,470 shares) to Rs. 13,19,14,840 (6,59,57,420 shares), with exercise prices ranging from Rs. 94.00 to Rs. 115.60 per share.
